Air source failure
(1) Air compressor failures include: check valve damage, severe wear of the piston ring, damage to the intake valve and blockage of the air filter, etc.
If you want to judge whether the check valve is damaged, you only need to turn off the power after the air compressor stops automatically for more than ten seconds, and turn the big belt wheel with your hand. If it can turn around easily, it means that the check valve is not damaged. ; On the contrary, the check valve is damaged; in addition, it can also be judged from the exhaust situation of the exhaust port under the automatic pressure switch. Generally, the exhaust should be stopped after about ten seconds after the air compressor is automatically shut down. If it is exhausting until the air compressor starts again, it means that the check valve is damaged and must be replaced.
When the pressure of the air compressor rises slowly and is accompanied by oil leakage, indicates that the piston ring of the air compressor has been severely worn and should be replaced in time.
When the intake valve plate is damaged or the air filter is blocked, the pressure of the air compressor will also rise slowly. During the inspection, you can put your palm on the air inlet of the air filter. If there is hot air, it means that the air inlet valve is damaged and needs to be replaced; if the suction is small, the air filter is generally dirty. The filter should be cleaned or replaced.
(2) The failures of the pressure reducing valve include: the pressure is not high, or the pressure rises slowly.
If the pressure is not high, it is often caused by the breaking of the pressure regulating spring or the rupture of the diaphragm, which must be replaced; the slow pressure rise is usually caused by the clogging of the filter, which should be removed and cleaned.
(3) Piping failures include: leakage at the joints of the pipeline, rupture of the hose, accumulation of condensate, etc.
When pipeline joints leak and hoses are broken, the leaking parts can be judged from the sound, and should be repaired or replaced in time; if condensate accumulates in the pipeline, it should be drained in time. The characteristic is that the condensate is easy to condense in the winter in the north. Blocking the air path due to ice.
(4) The failures of the compressed air processing component (triple) include: failure of the oil-water separator, failure of the pressure regulating valve and oil mist device.
The faults of the oil-water separator can be further divided into situations such as blockage or damage of the filter element, and inflexibility of the moving parts of the sewage valve. Clean the filter element frequently during work to remove the oil and impurities in the drain.
The failure of the pressure regulating valve is the same as the above-mentioned "(2) Failure of the pressure reducing valve".
The malfunctions of the lubricator include: no oil dripping, moisture deposits on the bottom of the oil cup, damage to the sealing ring at the mouth of the oil cup, etc. When the lubricator does not drip oil, check whether the air flow of the air inlet is lower than the fogging flow, whether there is air leakage, whether the oil volume adjustment needle valve is blocked, etc.; if moisture deposits on the bottom of the oil cup, it should be removed in time; When the sealing ring is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
